About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Software Business Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of agile methodologies will be key to driving successful product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Eliciting and Analyzing Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
• Designing Solutions: Work closely with designers and developers to create user-centered solutions that align with business objectives.
• Prioritizing Features: Make data-driven, industry evident, and strategic decisions to prioritize features based on their impact and feasibility.
• Agile Methodology: Drive agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Test software applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
