Job Summary

Full time, Remote, SUN-THU work week (Friday & Saturday off)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior/Mid-Level Manual QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of the Eduly Platform. Your role will directly impact educators and students by helping deliver a seamless and effective digital schooling experience tailored to modern educational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Testing: Test platform features such as content modules, subject management, authentication flows, and other core functionalities.
  • Test Case Development: Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements and user scenarios.
  • Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to understand new features and provide feedback.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct tests after updates to ensure system stability.
  • User Experience Feedback: Provide suggestions to improve the platform’s usability for educators and students.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise QA documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Junior Level: 1-2 years of manual software testing experience.
Mid-Level: 3-4 years of manual software testing experience.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
  • Proficiency with bug-tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus

  • Experience with educational technology platforms.
